Talk about class. This 12,000-square-foot palace drips in it, from the 1,000-bottle strong wine case to the marble-, crystal- and gold-encrusted decor. It's difficult to find a restaurant that suits both families and cockailers, but this strip mall eatery--complete with DJ booth--manages to do both. Outside, singles sip on Pacificos and killer margaritas on the patio, while inside, families enjoy tamales and moist tres leches cake.
