Cockroaches

Last time I ate there it was the summer of 2009.
Took my mother and my kids up there, and a cockroach ran across the top of my mother's leg.
She almost knocked over the table she jumped up so fast. She almost puked. The kids freaked out. You can't pay me to go back there.
Have fun eating at a roach infested restaurant.

One of the most authentic Chinese buffets

I can't believe the neg comments below...could it be the other Chinese buffet up the street is leaving comments for competetive reasons? Anyway, I love to eat at buffet AYCE restaurants, and I've been coming here for about 4 years. The seasonings, flavorings and spices are BALANCED, not overpowering as in some other Chinese buffets. There are two places in DFW that serve the TASTIEST Chinese buffets and this is one of them. I love the chicken curry on rice, the black bean chicen on rice, the brocolli beef a tad salty (at least for me), twice cooked pork is very good...and there are a bunch more dishes, all pretty darn good. I'm still befuddled as to why the neg comments below. I belive that I am truly a true connoisseur of buffet restaturants and this place does NOT deserve such horrendous comments. Check it out and you will agree with me, especially when you see the low price they charge!

Just Plain Awful

I just can't believe this is the same restaurant I've been going to for seven years. The management must have changed, as no one in the restaurant is the same and the food is between G*d awful and acceptable in quality. The vegetables actually smelled like URINE. When I asked the cook, she said, oh "smell like broccoli" and "smell like carrot". I googled this phenomena and it seems that when restaurants use CHEAP canned chinese vegetables they can, indeed, smell of urine. Needless to say that I couldn't even finish what I had on my plate and will never darken their door again. It was truly disgusting.
- Pros: I didn't get sick
- Cons: Vegetables smelled like urine, rest mediocre at best

Poor Quality

We ordered the sesame chicken & upgraded the rice to fried.
We found gizzards in the chicken and received only one order of rice which was slightly brown with nothing resembling true fried rice.
Stay away, they truly stink!

Hung Up on Me!

We've eaten there many times for the buffet. We've ordered to-go many times as well. Tried to order something not on the menu over the phone and the stupid lady could NOT GET IT. She finally hung up on me. I will NEVER eat there again!
