Chick-Fil-A 's Mgr. Ali Owens. My husband and I were in Chick-Fil-A in May, 2011. We had a granddaughter who graduated from Lake Dallas H. S. and became 18 on the same day. We stayed at the Comfort Inn, across Hwy. 35. I hope that I am selecting the correct location.

We were so impressed with the Mgr., Ali Owens, who visited with us and was such a precious person. I was in politics in South Texas and was in charge of all Human Resource issues for an entire county for 17 yrs.

If I could have hired her in my office, it would have been an honor. Finding special people to hire, like Ms. Owens, isn't an easy task.

Please give our regards to Ms. Owens. I am sorry for the delay in writing, but my daughter is going through cancer therapy and when we returned home, I looked and was unable to find the receipt.

A million thanks for allowing me the privilege of complimenting a very thoughtful manager.
