TERRIBLE STORE. This store has to be the rudest kid to kid I have ever been to. The owner is short with people and he isn't afraid to tell you that your stuff is worth nothing. I took a baby swing in and he told me, very rudely I might add, "I am not buying this from you, look how dirty it is!" I cant believe he told me this. Like others I had so many name brand things w/ name tag still on it and they bought next to nothing. They NEVER have full racks in their store. All the employees are rude and must hate their lives. I have never been so insulted in my life. I will NEVER go back to that store.

Oh yeah, I went to drop off my things and waited for what seemed like an eternity for them to sort through my things. She told me that I was 'next' in line so I waited patiently, looking through the empty racks. I waited and waited and waited for 50 minutes and told them I would just come back. They freaked out and started telling me that, "you know if you leave, you pre-approve anything we offer you?" Again, in a very very rude voice. I will NEVER go back there and I hope you do the same by going to the other locations. The Irving Kid-to-Kid is MUCH nicer and seem to be honest with you.

Rude. The owner is very rude and condescending. She needs to work on interpersonal skills if she wants to keep customers coming back.

I brought very nice brand name clothes many with tags still on and she offered me pennies... I know I will never recoup a fraction of what I paid for these nice clothes, but I honestly think she doesn't know anything about nice boutique children's clothes. She is not buying nice clothes....therefore, there are not nice brand name clothes in the store for me to purchase.

They have nice new and used toys, but I hate giving rude people my money. It is unfortunate because this store could be great for our neighborhood....

Liars and Thieves!. I just got back from this place and the manager or owner straight lied to my face. I brought in 2 large bags with clothes, shoes, etc to sell and I was given only $12 for what they bought. I had some really good brands in there so I felt like it didn't make sense. I asked what they bought and was told only 10 items so at about a buck each I didn't mind. But later I saw the PILE of stuff they basically stole from me, including a pair of brand new shoes that already had a $10 price tag on it! I will NEVER return to this place! If you feel like being robbed and lied to to your face this is the place for you.

Not recommended at all !!!!!!. I do not recommend this store I went with a bunch of French brand clothes and they looked at it for 15 minutes to take two hats and a t shirt then offered 2 dollars and 75 cents no kidding !!!!

Finally I have found another place in Snider Plaza that taking all my French brands clothes and welcomed me very nicely .

NOT RECOMMENDED. So I picked out all the name brand items in my inventory. Washed and dried and ironed everything. Sent my husband to take them up there to see what they would buy. Well two 13 gallon trash bags later they took next to nothing. They said on their site www.kidtokid

they wanted toys and fall / winter clothing. So that is what I sent. Nothing dirty or wrinkled, lots with tags still attached. They gave my husband a whopping $11. And then he took two more bags of clothes down to their sister company and these are all name brand women's clothes washed, hung to dry, ironed and folded and they bought NOTHING. But yet again it said they were looking for fall / winter clothing. They did say no trash bags but that is the only way to seal the fresh sent so that no unwanted odors get in. For petes sake they were ironed and folded real neatly. And to top it off they just chucked everything back in the bags unfolded. So now I have a wrinkled mess. I am sooo disgusted.

My husband with our two young boys (not fun) completely wasted his time today. I will never buy from either place nor will I attempt to sell them my things.
