Tio Carlos is closed???. Place is empty, door locked, sign down and phone disconnected. Space is for lease. To bad the food was pretty good.

Great Lunch Dive. The food is excellent for the price and the service is always attentive. I love heading there for lunch for a quick, uncrowded place to get a bite to eat. Being in a shopping strip has its drawbacks but it makes it more of a hidden jewel of the very busy Irving lunch scene.

Food is OK but surroundings are very poor. Food is OK, but be prepared to breath massive amounts of smoke(I was offended , and I am a smoker) and the bar area is loud, unruly and just very rude (with other customers in the bar area a fight even broke out when I was there) It is too bad because the staff is very nice, I think the managment should decide...either a restraunt or a bar... but with the regulars there, not a dine in restraunt as it is...sorry
