I had a very good evening at the Plano Studio Grill. Good movie, Taken 2, and good food and service. Try it for yourself.

Service and Customer Service Lacking. Great idea/concept. Good Food. HUGE drinks! However 20 minutes to place order. Not all drinks delivered at the same time. One drink of 3 delivered with food 20 minutes after first drink delivery. Forgot personal item in theater. Have contacted management in person several times. "We will call you" attitude....but don't hold your breath. Manager offered to call if item is turned in and we had to ask him to actually check lost and found while we were there since we drove 30 miles or more to get there. Staff appears disorganized and had time to talk among themselves in groups. 2 staff members out of 8 were helpful. Last call for drinks offered with at least 1 hour of movie left. Many other options in the area for a great movie experience.

Wonderful way to watch a movie. My husband and I went for the first time Sunday and we had a great time. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were great and the overall experience was wonderful.

We loved that the sound was not too loud, the food not over priced and the variety of items from junk to healthy were available. My husband and I will start to go to the movies again because Studio Movie Grill has made it fun and enjoyable again. And I love being able to reserve my seat. Great place!

TERRIBLE service!!. My friends & I went to see SATC, hoping for a great experience where we could have a few cocktail during the movie. That was not the case. Do not get me wrong, I understand that it was very busy and I have been in the bar/restaurant business for 18 years, however, it took 20 minutes for them to come get our initial drink order, 15 minutes to bring it back to us, another 15 minutes to take our food order. They have quite the confusion of who is a runner and who can actually serve. We ran into the problem three times that we could not order a drink unless it was from a server, as opposed to a runner. The were NUMEROUS times we had our "beeper lit on the rail and they just walked by w/no acknowledgement, very irritating. The last problem was them giving us our bill with an HOUR left in the movie. No "Last Call" etc.. Very dissapointing I must say, especially b/c I was the one to suggest us going there to have a "ladies night out!"

On the last note, the food was quite good and the movie was GREAT!

I very much hope that the GM of SMG reads these reviews, it can only help this establishment to improve.

Not a good experience. We purchased the tickets online and should have been able to pick them up at the machine outside, but it was broke and there was no sign indicating that it was. It may not seem like a big deal but when you are already in a hurry waiting in line for something that is not working is very frustating. The person inside was a 17 year old brat who was extremely rude. The theatre was loud and smelly with a blurry screen. The only seats we could get were 10 feet from the screen. The only good thing I can say is that there were no problems getting a refund.

Great night out with the family or friends. Great food served in stadium seating makes this a fun outing. The movie theater part is top notch and food is good too.

Beer served during the movie! I loved it!~. Awesome! The best pizza I've since being in New York. SOunds, service,prices were all very good! I will be back for Invincible. Did I mention beer served at your table!

Plano movie theater features first-run movies and full-serivce menu and drinks.. In Short
Patrons fill the theaters as waiters take orders. Seating is comfortable and if the order is made in time, food will arrive before the movie begins. By signalling the servers, refills and other requests are met throughout the show. Expect the bill to arrive about 40 minutes before the end of the movie. The primarily American menu offers burgers and pizza, as well as a few alternataive options, such as the coconut shrimp basket.
