Great place to find your wedding gown!. I visited Bridal Boutique a few weeks ago to find my bridal gown. They had such an amazing selection and their staff was excellent. I found the most beautiful gown and it was such an amazing price during their Black Friday sale weekend. I really thought that the sale dresses would be damaged and worn, but their sale selection was just awesome! I would highlly recommend them to everyone.

Best Salon in Dallas. Marlene did a perfect job guiding, directing, and assisting in our selection of dresses. Bridal Boutique has such a large selection and it was a great overall experiene. I would highly reccommend this place to any bride!

IN RESPONSE THE THE CRAZY "BUYER BEWARE" REVIEW BELOW. As the owner of Bridal Boutique, I am appalled at this review. First of all, whoever posted this review is putting David Murphy at risk of a lible lawsuit. David Murphy had nothing to do with this and I am not sure who this person actually is.

One of our brides' sister in law brought Stephanie's dress into our store for cleaning after she had her portraits taken. The dress was FILTHY... It looked as if it had already been worn for her wedding. Amy told her that we could clean it but never guarenteed a spotless dress considering how dirty it was. She stated that it would be $125 dollars and ready in about a week.

I wish I had a picture of how dirty this dress was... we spent about 6 hours cleaning this dress. We put it through the hand cleaning twice and scrubbed it.

Stephanie, her sister and law, and mother came into my store yesterday with a plan to cause a scene. She knew that her dress was ruined from portraits and wanted to put the blame on us... who comes in ready to videotape??

The sister in law lied to us by saying that we told her the dress would be spotless and that it would be $200! Those are both not true... then she proceeded to tell me to F**K OFF! I never once cussed at her like she said I did in her review... which is another LIE and grounds for a lible lawsuit which WILL take place.

The bride continued to say that "my dress is ruined" .We had nothing to do with the dirt and stains that were caused during her portraits!!!! She blames us for not being able to get everything out of her dress. We tried so hard to get it clean because we truly care about our brides and want them to be happy.

The brides sister in law was the real culprit. She really is a bad person. She is the one that video taped, the one who kept saying we told her we could get it spotless, the one who cursed and acted so tasteless and trashy. The Mom just stood there speachless while the bride kept saying "my dress is ruined". I feel sorry for this bride.

We have been in business for 22 years and have never had a situation like this occur at our store or with any of our brides. It's unfortunate that one person can get on the internet and post a review that is so false and misleading.

Thank you Bridal Boutique!. If I could give Bridal Boutique 10 stars, I would! I have already recommended this place to many of my friends! Wyn was completely amazing and made this experience so awesome. I am so happy I went here.

BUYER BEWARE:. BUYER BEWARE::: I witnessed this store and have video proof to all who plan on going here, the people here are by far the rudest most obnoxious people I have ever seen in my life after thousands of dollars spent buying the dress my sister in law had beautiful wedding pictures taken in downtown fort worth causing some dirt on the bottom of the dress afterwards the owner gives her word the dress will be cleaned the dress looked like it had not even been cleaned and the owners began cussing and calling us white trash and ignorant for were we took the pictures then furthur more banned us from the store while we tried to plead our case about spending a couple hundred dollars on a cleaning, we were cursed at belittled and insulted by a SCREAMING owner (caroline) and her daughter to the point it disgusted the next door alterations lady at Ana's in which she offered to take the dress and clean it. We truly felt like we were in the twilight zone, experiencing the behavior this couple of owners had displayed! Everyone who reads this review and doesn't listen to my warning beware that days to weeks before ur wedding u may be lost and in tears and they will be laughing all the way to the bank!!!

What an amazing experience. Wyn was so great to work with. She was full of information and the selection of wedding gowns was so large! I had the best experience and found my dress the first day. I would highly recommend Bridal Boutique to anyone.

Bridal Boutique is excellent!. I came in today to purchase my bridal gown. Candice was an excellent consultant. They have a very large selection and my overall experience was the best. I will definatley reccomend them to my friends and family!!!

TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. I live in East Texas and dedicated an entire day plus a 5 hour round trip to try out this bridal boutique. I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm and was told I would have a 2 hour block to find and try on dresses. Also, I was told they were having an Allure trunk show going on as well. When I arrived they were fairly busy and my consultant's previous client had shown up late. This forced the manager, possibly owner, to have to help me. I told her I had made this trip because I was interested in the Allure gowns. She led me to a single rack with maybe 15 dresses from that designer, 7ish of which had green tags that were the "trunk show" dresses. Still, a very limited supply and somewhat disappointing selection considering I had 5 style numbers I was interested in and not one was there on hand. Ultimately, my biggest complaint is that I felt my "consultant" was busy orchestrating everyone else in the boutique and clearly was not giving me the attention that a customer ready to spend over a thousand dollars in their store deserved. She only made ONE pull of dresses composed of very similar styles. After I tried on the first two, I thought I had made it clear to her that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I did find a gown that I really liked quite a bit and explained to her that was more like what I was looking for, and she never offered to pull more gowns similar to that one. The last straw was the price. The woman initially told me that the price with the 10% discount from the trunk show would be $1,289 (which is about right, I saw a price of $1,429 on the tag). She later comes back with a card that says Allure #4430 $1,379. I asked her about the price change and she said that the dress was $1,589 (if that truly was the price then her second price is still INCORRECT if you do the math with a 10% discount). I went back to the dress to look at the tag and it was gone. At this point I was incredibly frustrated and ready to leave (after only being there for maybe 45 minutes total). Once I got back to my car, I immediately googled "Allure 4430" on my iPhone - it returned no results and did not exist. After going through pages of dresses on the Allure website I found out the style number was 8867. I don't know what was up with this place on this particular day. I don't know if they were intentionally trying to be shady. But I do know that I absolutely would not spend a dime in there and I would not recommend it to anyone else!

Best Bridal Shop in DFW!!!. Before I went to the Bridal Boutique, I went to all of the "best rated" shops in Dallas. My experiences at the other stores varied from mediocre to terrible. Needless to say, I didn't have very high hopes on my first visit here. I had already tried on over 40 dresses and was getting frustrated.

I met with one of their consultants on a weekday (with no appointment!) and told her my laundry list of things I knew I didn't want. That was easier and more concrete than figuring out what I did want. She pulled a few dresses to get a sense of what I liked and then she went to work. Within an hour, she suggested I try on the dress that I ultimately bought. I was a little resistant just seeing it on the hangar, but after putting it on, I knew she was right. It was perfect for me.

I received a hand written thank you card in the mail the next week, even though I hadn't purchased anything yet. She was always happy to see me even when I was just stopping by to try it on again to show a friend. They also referred me to a wedding alterations specialist two doors down (Ana) who made the dress feel like it was made for me and no one else.

I cannot express how happy I have been with this place. They always have happy, attentive staff who actually know what they are doing. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't found their dress yet.
