Worst customer service EVER.. Absolutely horrible customer service. Asked me to wait 5 minutes, I ended up waiting 30 before being put in a spa chair for a pedicure. Then sat in the chair another 15 minutes soaking in cold water before someone finally began. Was cut twice by the person performing the pedicure. After pedicure was finished, began to write check, and was informed that they don't take checks from first time customers (there is NOTHING anywhere in the salon to indicate this and I had watched several people ahead of me write checks). Treated me like I was somehow to blame, made me leave my drivers license with them while I went to get $$. When I came back I asked for the license information for the person who had cut me during the pedicure, and was told that it "wasn't kept there." Am filing complaint with TCC; I don't believe the techs actually HAVE licenses.
