Best State Farm Agent in Frisco

As a former employee of Christy Brott's I am so happy to be able to write a review on her Agency. I have worked for State Farm off and on for 40 years and Christy is by far one of the most dedicated, hard working, service oriented agents I have ever known. She and her staff always put the customer first, and everyone is given the same measure of care regardless of their need.

Needless to say, I wouldn't have my insurance, (auto,home,life, long term care and health) serviced by anyone else. I have seen Christy handle so many claims and hold so many hands for policyholders in their time of distress. Walk new homeowners through their policies and explain it bit by bit. Counsel parents and their 16 years olds about to drive and 50 years olds on the importance of long term care insurance. Not to mention the hundreds of meetings for life insurance. Christy cares so much about her clients and strives to meet all of their insurance needs.

Christy is a pleasure to work for and that has a lot to do with the success of the Agency. She is trustworthy and honest and I would call her an Insurance Agent for "All Seasons".

Exceptional Service

We moved to Dallas area about two years ago, and Christy Brott's State Farm office was extremely helpful. We had called around to a couple of different insurance companies, but Christy's staff far out performed everyone else. If you are wanting a team that will call you back immediately, answer all your questions thoroughly, and be there for you when you have a claim - this is the office! Christy Brott has even helped guide us when we needed life insurance. Character, trustworthy, and integrity is how I would describe Christy.

Great Rates & Best Service Anywhere

Not knowing much about insurance I was very pleased when I called in to get an auto & home rate quote. Christy's staff was very professional and very knowledgeable about all of the different insurance State Farm provides. Christy's staff took a lot of time with me and they didn't get irrated with all the questions I had. Her staff explained to me how I could quailfy for certain discounts that saved me and my family a lot of money. Christy and her staff also helped me realize how important it was for me to make sure that my family is taken care of financially incase something were to happen to me or my husband. Christy helped us out with our life insurance and our retirement plans too! Who knew that I could get everything in one place! Christy Brott's office helped me and my husband sleep better at night. I would definitely recommend Christy Brott, State Farm to everyone!
