I have been going to Bent Tree for about 15 years and being a male over 62 years of age there are usually multiple visits each year.

On each and every time I visit Bent Tree everyone is polite, helpful, and caring - from the front office staff to the doctors. During the past five years the primary person I have seen at Bent Tree is Physicians Assistant Sarah G.

I have never visited with a medical professional as caring, knowledgable, and willing to spend however much time it takes to discuss my issues and concerns. Everyone should be so lucky to have a care giver like Sarah G.

We started using Bent Tree over 10 years ago. They have the most compassionate doctors, PA's, and nurse staff that I have ever dealt with. Sarah is the best PA, hands down. She gave us the news when my wife became pregnant with our now 10 year old daughter, and when she was born, we requested that Sarah be her health care provider. Over the years, Sarah has helped me in so many ways, she always takes the time to listen. Sure there has been times when I did'nt do as she instructed, and she gave me the what for. But more times than not, she has helped our family with a level of care and compassion that you just can't find anymore! I just cannot praise the entire staff at Bent Tree enough. They are always a phone call or email away, and always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Sarah and Bent Tree.

Our family decided to use Bent Tree due to the fact that Sarah G. (PA) could see everyone in our family and we've all had the same experience; fantastic. Our kids range in ages from 12-16 and my wife I have various health issues, but no matter what, we can always trust and rely on Sarah to care about us and help us find positive outcomes. The front office staff knows us by name, the nurses are friendly and caring and most of all we feel like Sarah is part of our extended family. There have been times we have seen other doctors or PA in the group (weekend visits) and we had the same experience. If you live in North Plano or Frisco, this is the group to see. The PA team at Bent Tree is the best in the U.S.!

Great Doctors and PA's! If you're looking for top notch care for your family, this is the place to go. My family has been with Bent tree for over 10 years now. Sure, in that span of time we've had a couple of frustrating moments. But I would challenge anyone to find any business where there's never a glitch.

Overall, this team of medical professionals are absolutely first rate. I for one am more than willing to work with them as they grow and face all the challenges of trying to operate a family practice. Folks need to realize how hard that is in this day and age.

I know when I walk in to that office, I'm going to get in and out in very reasonable time, I'm going to get superior treatment from staff and doctors, and most importantly they are going to properly diagnose and treat or advise on whatever issue my wife, kiddos or I are dealing with.

If those things are important to you, no need to look any further than Bent Tree!

Back office problems. After 20 years of being a patient here, i am throwing in the towel. No qualms about the quality of service. Hate to change from Dr Ferason and his nurse practioners, but ihave had numerous issues with office staff. Final straw came when I called in under extreme distress to come in and all staff wanted to talk about was some old charge I apperently owed. Here I'm a 20 year patient in dire need of medical help and all I got was "How do you intent to pay this charge. Turned out, I didnt owe anything and had to seek medical help elsewhere. Im done with them- Beware

Unexplained extra charge. I am a fifteen year patient of Bent Tree Family Physicians. I will no longer go back. Until the last two years I would say I have received excellent care and truly like the physician(s) who treated me, personally and professionally. However, the culture has changed, from a billing perspective, and I can no longer remain a patient. I received the last phone call I ever want to receive from billing demanding and extra charge without a reasonable explanation. I've never written a review for any business of any kind, but the young lady on the phone could not have been less concerned and inadvertently insulted the memory of my late father. Bent Tree has every right to run their practice as they see fit, for fifteen years they appeared to be above all the petty semantics you find in so many medical offices. In my opinion the practice has gravitated toward everyone else and I can find that anywhere.

Best Family Physicians!. Bent Tree Family Physicians has the best doctors and staff anyone could ever ask for. Dr. Latta is exceptional! My daughter is 8 years old and has never felt as comfortable as she does now. Anytime I have a question or concern I know that I can talk to Dr. Latta and or her nurses. They are very warm and caring and that is so important to me. The office staff is wonderful and welcoming. The billing office is very helpful anytime I do not understand something or need help with an EOB. Big Thanks to everyone at Bent Tree Family Physicians! They are awesome!

Hijacked by hidden fees. It’s hard to say what the Doctors here are like since after 17 years of going here I have seen an actual Doctor twice. The PA’s are great but wait until you get the bill. I have the best insurance money can buy. “Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO with an almost unheard of deductible of only $250 a year.” It’s insanely high and there are so many hidden cost in this office, my insurance is never enough. Every time I go in for another appointment, they tell me I owe $100 here and $50 there, when it clearly states, after the deductible is met, I am only supposed to pay a $10 co-pay for each visit to a doctor who is in network and $15 to a Doctor out of network. They have names for their fees “Out of pocket” and “customer portion”. Like the $93 charge for removing wax from my sons ear. “WITH A Q TIP” So beware of their billing department for if you contest them, they report it to an outside creditor for collections. That $50 here and $93 there adds up to a real nuisance.

Carol Watson is Fabulous!!. I have gone to Carol Watson several times and she is fabulous!! She is very professional and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She makes you feel comfortable and really listens to what you tell her. You are never rushed like you are on some other doctors offices. Carol has a way of putting you at ease while addressing your medical issues. If you are looking for a new doctor I would highly recommend Carol - she is great!!

Sarah Gagliano is AMAZING. I have been going to Sarah since the summer of 2006 when my doctor of 30 years decided to retire. A good family friend had referred me to Sarah and I couldn't be happier. After having established a close relationship with my previous doctor, I was very hesitant to start over with someone new, but all that fear changed once I went to Sarah. She is extremely professional and will spend all the time you need to visit and discuss your concerns. I have never felt rushed with Sarah and she has a way of making me feel that i am the only one that is important at that time. Sarah has helped me to tackle osteopenia and return to normal bone density as well as several other issues that occur as we grow older. I have and will continue to recommend Sarah to anyone that asks. She is AMAZING!
