Lemmings dont understand. I took a local add from a competitor in DFW to purchase an item and was turned away. Two other co workers bought the same items with the same ad at two different locations in the metroplex. I was shocked by how rude a customer service employee named "Angie" was when I asked why their website said they price match. Guess I will take my $400 down the road. Will never go to this store again, I haven't been in years and I now remember why.

Absolutely Terrible Service. Bought a Toshiba a couple months ago for my wife with the desire to add everything possible so that I would never have to get involved with an issue which included paying for Geek Squad to load and maintain the system in the event of an issue.

On the Friday after Thanksgiving, while doing on-line Christmas shopping my wife informed me that her PC got a virus. We tried to reach out to the store and their Geek Squad where during the several calls to this store we experienced absolutely terrible treatment. This included a discourteous sales person, being hung up by the ‘manager’ at Geek Squad, a promise made by the “Operations Manager” to get back to me – with no response as of Monday late afternoon - another person answered the phone claiming the manager was so busy she could not get back on the phone.

On Friday there was accusatory comments on my wife using porn sites and other inappropriate behavior causing the issue, without knowing the on-line activities or behavior patterns.

In addition, during the original purchase we were convinced not to use Norton or McAfee internet security software and sold other 2nd rate security software called Webroot which did nothing to stop a virus.

The store, while we had been given 6 months of free phone support in addition and when I called them, they spent the entire call telling me they don't handle web issues.

All I ever heard from the store or the Geek Squad call in service, was while we were well within the 6 months of support (we bought the system just over two months ago) they all refused to do anything except say we had to pay $135 or more to get any help.

Absolutely terrible service, no respect for the customer and convinced me to pass this review on to virtually anyone I could.
