I recently had a very poor experience at Hip Hip Hooray. I bought a baby girls swimsuit for a baby shower for $40. I later tried to exchange it for a larger size and in checking out they told me I owed them $20, because the item was actually $60 and they had accidentally mismarked the swimsuit. I said to them that I should not have to pay the extra $20 for their mistake. I had my receipt for the $40 purchase and they would not budge, in fact, they were quite rude. They also would not credit back my credit card - only store credit! No thanks. For this reason, I have to give them 1 star. There are so many other cute baby boutiques to shop at in Dallas than Hip Hip Hooray.
