Wil not answer phone

I have tried to call Walmart at Market Place several times without an answer. The last time I called I let the phone ring over 200 times without an answer. This is at 0300 in the morning , what do the employees do that they can never answer the phone

I tried calling too several times and when I finally got through to an operator I was transferred to automotive instead of the Deli, they tried again and no one answered. So much for helping the customers these days.

Doesn't answer phones

If you can ever reach this Walmart by phone I will be very surprised. I have tried multiple times and have failed. While being in this store I observed store employees recording female customers that were dressed comfortably in an inappropriate manner. I told the manager/supervisor, and I have still seen the employees working at this location.
Be careful.
