A raspy-voiced jazz singer, expertly tuned piano and a slow playing saxophone are what visitors to the Balcony Club will hear before even entering the bar. Upon entry, it's usually standing room only, but stools, small tables and large booths become available throughout the night. The waitstaff is friendly, drink-savvy and very accommodating. The drinks are mixed to perfection and priced accordingly. Crowds are businesslike, but flirtatious.
