The worst experience ever!. This is the worst company in the metroplex. The rate was supposed to include tip, but the rude driver insisted it didn't. He made us over 30 minutes late for dinner, arguing about it, and forcing me to go back in and print off the email, and then at the end of the evening he wanted to charge us $200 because we were 35 minutes late getting home. Driver refused to leave our property and then called police stating that we had refused to pay him even though we paid the full amount in cash. This place is awful, management agreed to refund some of the amount put on credit but we are screwed out of the money paid in cash.

Worst Limo Company Ever!. I called and reserved a limo through this company months prior to my event that I was having with some friends. Every month leading up to the event I would call and ask how much it was to verify it everytime. Finally, a few days prior to my event they called me with the same estimate that I had been hearing, I said to the lady "this is how much money I will need for the night, no more and no less correct? and she responded yes!" The day before the limo we chose to pay off the balance with my credit card, and received a confirmation saying the card would be charge and we were good to go.

On the night of the event the limo driver was nice at first until he said I must collect the money now, I explained to him it was already taken care of. After calling his company they told him it had not been and that he must take me to a bank and I MUST withdraw cash or else I would not be receiving the limo service. He took me to a bad part of town and I had to withdraw 100's of dollars in cash for this rude driver. On the way to our destination he got lost, and caused us to be late. On top of that I felt like I was on a roller coaster ride because the driving was horrible!!!

At the end of the night he had the nerve to tell me I still owed him more money because there were taxes involved and I said tuff! I will NEVER EVER return to this company or EVER recommend it to ANYBODY!!!

Do not use them. Terrible customer service at the main office. Rude and disrespectful. Limo had no air conditioning. They refused to refund a fair amount of the entire trip.

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1. A/C BROKE, REVERVATIONS WERE TILL 2 AND AT THE END OF THE NIGHT THEY SAID THE BUS SHOULD HAVE BEEN BACK AT 12, THEN TRYED TO CHARGE ANOTHER 2 HOURS, THEN THEY STOLE A CELL PHONE AND STARTED CALLING PEOPLE AND TELLING THEM GRAPHIC SEXUAL THINGS THAT WERE MADE UP. EXTREMLY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!!!!

I HAVE YET TO RETREVE THE PHONE.

Seek Alternate Transportation!!!. On April 5th my wife and a reserved sedan service from A to Z limos for our wedding night. We had reserved the car with our credit card and were told by the staff that payment would be billed to that card. We requested from the business that we would like to have a white sedan. We were assured by the staff that a white sedan was available and would be there for us on the night requested. On the night of the event a black sedan is what showed up. In addition to that the driver was rude, unprofessional, and a horrible driver. Because payment was required that night in cash my wife and I were forced to stop at midnight in a dangerous part of the metroplex to withdraw cash to pay the driver. Again information that we should have been told prior to the event. All of this could have been addressed by Donovan, the manager of the company returning just one of the many phone calls and messages I have left for him. I have requested that he refund our money because his company did not deliver the services that we contracted with them for. I filed a complaint with a very well known consumer protection organization in Dallas and nothing has been resolved because the company is not a member.
