Corporate Offices in Addison Texas AWESOME.. I am a frequent traveler, on buisness and pleaure, I would give Hiltons Coprporate Offices a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. They are dilligent Thorough reliable and respectful. All of the qualities you expect to see in good management. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond Elite member. This took some time. Still there are issues periocally, which I have found I could not resolve, other than through communicating my issues to the Addison, Texas Corporate Offices. Where your concerns are theirs. They honestly do listen. And will find resolution.

hampton inn management is dishonest. Stayed at Hampton Inn in spring lake, nc. During 4 day stay we had problems with heat. Each day we were told it was fixed. It wasn't. Given a two day stay by hotel manager. When we tried to use it we were told by the new manager they would not honor (hilton honor club?) the letter I had from the past manager ( who by the way works at a hampton inn down the street ). They told me to contact him to verify the letter and stay a his hotel. They have now stopped answering any of my inquires as to the next person I should contact. All of my emails to the hampton inn and hilton honors club are not answered.
