THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE HONEST WITH YOU ! We are at a place and time that businesses need business so when you call foundation companies they will almost always say you need repairs and big ones. Not the case with these guys. I called out 3 companies and got 3 different analysis so I called Advanced for a 4th. Fred looked at all 3 and honestly told me they were all fishing and that my house does not need repair. He said he would put some work into it if it helped me sleep but at the age of my house the movement was not even classified as minor and any messing with structure would have a better chance of causing more damage than help.

That was 2 years ago. We are selling our home now and the buyers brought out 2 companies of which gave two different issues contradicting the other one. Fred sent their guy out the next day and we are pleased to have been given the same advice from 2 years ago. Its a shame our first buyers walked away but we have 4 showings the same day they backed out and should have offers Monday.

Do yourself a favor and call this company when you are done with the high dollar radio ad people who are out to get you.

We need good people like Fred and good companies like Advanced !

This company did not do one thing that they said they were going to do. When I originally called them they said they would be out w/i a week. Then when they found out we had a warranty with them the lady on the phone said I am sorry but now it will be 6 weeks to get out there now. She gave me some BS answer. Guy gets out to my house, looks at the crack in the wall and says. There's nothing wrong. We show him the crack in the kitchen. You can stick your finger in it. He says "There is nothing wrong." He says "Have a plumber come out and see if you have a leak under your foundation." Could be the waste pipe or the water line. I told him there's no smell and the meter does not register that any water is leaking. It is not wet around the foundation? He had no answer for that one. I have sent a letter to the BBB and contacted another Foundation company. Don't waste your time with these cheatin liars. *** Bunch of Crooks***

During these times when customer service seems to have become a thing of the past, it is nice to know that there are still companies that take pride in their work and stand behind it. This has been my experience with Advanced Foundation Repair. They did foundation repair work for me about 6 years ago and when I had a warranty concern recently, they reacted to my letter and the problem has been resolved beyond my satisfaction. The original work was done in a professional manner, they have stood behind their work and that is why I have in the past and will continue to recommend them to friends.

good work, bad service. I had work done, and the people at Advanced was excellent. The work was done timely and seemed to be good. Before getting paid.. the service was very good.

After they got paid... their service left a lot to be desired. I was selling the house and called several times to get a warranty inspection (required by seller). They told me they might have an opening and would call me back.

Not only did they never call, but when I called back in (five times) and they continued to tell me they would call back... they never did. Even with talking to the same person every time, I couldn't get answers or a return to my call.

Sale fell through because i couldn't get them to communicate with me.

The work was good... the service was horrible.

Excellent Choice!. We took bids from seven foundation repair companies. Advanced was about midpoint in the seven estimates. One company told us that our home required 27 piers. Advanced placed 14 piers. Some companies showed up without any measuring equipment or levels. The crew arrived right on time and completed the work in the estimated time. They repaired one sprinkler riser. We are very pleased.

Kudos for Honesty!. We had such a great experience with Advanced Foundation Repair. The DVD arrived promptly and was helpful. Myron arrived as scheduled provided a thorough inspection and to our shock, said we didn’t need repairs. He patiently explained the measurements and test he was taking so we would understand the process. We will definitely refer you to everyone we know. And, Lord forbid, if we do have real foundation issues in the future, we’ll call you!

Highly Recomment. Came highly recommended by friend who sales homes for well-known homebuilder. We were very pleased and comfortable with representative. Quick and timely response. Very informative with suggestions. Honest assessment. Did not charge for visit even though evaluation indicated their services were not needed.

GOOD OUTFIT !. As a retired aerospace quality engineer, I was skeptical of all the claims made by the many different foundation repair companies. Foundation repair is a significant investment regardless of who does the job, and having a transferable, lifetime warranty was prerequisite for future sale of my property. After thoroughly researching the various methods used, and the integrity of the company, I elected to use Advanced Foundation Repair. I was not disappointed. From initial contract signing to job completion and follow-up, their team delivered – in timeliness, cost, customer service, and overall quality of the project. In my opinion, I got more than a fair return on my investment with Advanced Foundation Repair, and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

Excellent Job. The foundation repair at my home was recently completed by a very dedicated and experienced team of professionals. Everyone from Brad the regional manager to Javier and his team who did the actual work was exceptional. Once the repairs were complete, Roy and his team at On The Spot Carpet Cleaning came in and did a superb job of relaying and cleaning the carpet. Kim and Mike at Campanello Construction Services did a great job on a new patio. Advanced Foundation Repair is committed to quality customer service with the utmost integrity.

Just A Waste of Time. Advanced Foundation sent an estimator out to our home to give us an idea of what it would cost to repair our foundation. He was very nice and thorough. He said he would send his information to the engineer and I should receive an emailed estimate from them on Friday. Needless to say, Friday has came and gone twice and still no hear. My wife called the company and asked about the estimate. The receptionist said that she would contact him so that we can get the estimate. The estimator never responded to our call. And I don't care how good they proclaim to be, I find it difficult to trust this company to do any work for us with this show of disregard and professionalism.
