They go the extra mile. I'd gotten bids from a few foundation companies. Advanced was about in the middle, but the piers impressed me more, as did the people. So, I chose them. I'm very glad that I did. The men did a very good job, working around my flower beds to the best of their ability, and replanting anything that needed to be dug up. None of the companies I got bids from would guarantee that the plants would survive, and one company even refused to replant anything and said that wasn't their job, they only do foundation work. Advanced not only did their best to be careful of my plants, they told me to pay special attention to them for the next several weeks, as it's the after care of the plants that helps them survive. I did, and my plants are fine. They also re-mortarted the cracks on the exterior of my house, and did a great job doing so, matching what was already there (another thing that another company refused to do). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and, in fact, have done so. Their work and customer service are superior, to say the least. The lifetime transferrable warranty is also a HUGE selling point when I sell my home.

Excellent company!. I want to share our experience with Advanced Foundation Repair and our home. We have lived in our home for over 20 years since moving to the Dallas area and only had a few minor cracks in the tiled floors. Almost overnight, the home had developed some rather large cracks in several of the inside walls and outside bricks. Our damages were only on the front right portion of the home. We called several companies, including Advanced Foundation Repair, to inspect our home and give us some advice. Of the plans and bids received, Advanced Foundation Repair was in the middle of the pack. We received one plan for supports all around the home and another one called for supports put in through our floors. Unlike the other salesman, the inspector from Advanced did a very thorough drawing and survey of our home. His report looked like something an engineer might do.

After looking over all the bids, we selected Advanced. Their steel pilings looked stronger than the other methods of support from the other companies. The warranty from Advanced is backed up by a cash trust fund and not just a promise! The crew did a great job (it was a little messy during the work) and cleaned up quite well when the were done.

I would recommend that you call several companies, but hire Advanced Foundation Repair.

I give them an A+.

BEWARE!!!!!!. I contacted ADVANCED FOUNDATION REPAIR, 5601 W. Jefferson Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75211. ADVANCED came to my home and had me sign a contract for them to do the work. In fine print on the contract, it stated that ADVANCED would not be responsible for damage to the flower beds. I didn't want to sign the contract with that statement in it, but the foreman, or lead man, said don't worry, we will take care of any and all damages to your flower beds. I went out a couple of days later and was looking at the flower beds and noticed that some of the plants didn't look too healthy. I called ADVANCED and they said that they replanted everything properly and not to worry. I decided to withhold half of the payment for a couple of weeks, just to see what happened. I lost hundreds of dollars of plants, withheld money for these, and sent ADVANCED the rest of the money. They took me to court.. The court ruled in their favor because of the fine print in the contract. I told the judge that I was verbally told they would correct any problems they caused to my flower beds. The owner of ADVANCED asked me if I had it in writing, and of course, I said no. I was forced to pay interest on what I owed and court costs. I tried to plead with ADVANCED but to no avail. I paid ADVANCED the money left on the original contract, but did not pay the interest and court costs, and ADVANCE took out a mechanic's lien against my home. Recently, I got a contract to sell my home. ADVANCED was asked for a payoff and they doubled what I owned. I called the owner of ADVANCED and he told me that I had to pay whatever he wanted to put down for settlement. I told him that the court had already ruled on the figure and he couldn't change it. He just laughed at me. I can't say whether or not, ADVANCED was legally wrong, but they are definitely morally wrong. I guess some businesses don't care about be moral.

Keep looking. Caused a great deal of damage to my house. No apologies, no help in finding someone to help

and no help in sharing the cost. Overall the worst experience with a company I have

ever had. They screwed up my house in 2002, put me off several times over the next year.

Continuing to tell me that they had done a great job and that I was on my own. If you are

looking to wreck your house, spend twice the cost of repair to recover from the experience,

feel completely embarrased about where you live and regret the decision every day of the

rest of life, this is your company.
