Great Place to Dinne & Dance With live Music!. I was at Arthur's for the first time on New Years Eve We had reservations for 4 at 6 O'Clock

We got there at 5:30 & we were sitted Promply by the pretty nice hostess she said i will give you one of the best tables of the house. Well she did we got a nice large booth right nexst to the fish we had an amazing view of some of the most amazing fish. Our waiter was really nice his name was Rich really nice guy he knew how to talk to the group and had answers to all our questions about the wine & food. I had a Stuffed Salmon of Crab Meat with Risotto and Green Beans i im Proud to say this was the best dinner of my life i know what you are thinking this girl probably never goes out to nice decent restaurant trust me i dinne out 4 days a week and i im very hard to pleased Dessert was good.after dinner we stepped into the bar woow i was surprise to see this amazing bar it like if we left the restaurant & step into another place it amazing its nice & cozzy not to mention the ciggar room :O Yes they have a ciggar room the live music complets the whole thing. i will be really back soon.Forgot to mention they are open 7 days a week with life music everyday. im still in shock.lol

Arthurs - Great food and atmosphere. What a good time!

The food was amazing - I recommend the salmon in particular. It is crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside. The sauce complemented the flavors. The appetizers were also very good - particuarly the large shrimp and the crab cakes.

The wait staff was great fun - joking with us in a fun way but also very attentive and helpful in their suggestions.

The atmosphere is beautiful (something like an ornate but tasteful library in a country manor) - especially at Christmas.

Just BAD. Wait staff that was so unpleasant that it was almost comical. We were served good, but very overpriced drinks and genuinely bad food. It was neither fresh nor well prepared and our overall experience was made even more unpleasant by the platooned wait staff managed by the tackiest head waiter I've ever had the misfortune to be served by. If I want to enjoy the theater of mistreatment of guests I'll go to Dick's where that sort of behavior belongs. When it comes with an old, stiff piece of fish, over cooked mush and unseasoned veg and $10 martinis (I'm sure of the price because I was asked if I understood how much they cost when I ordered them).. hey, yea, I know where to find that now. I just have no idea when I'll ever be in the market for that particular dining experience.

Arthur's The best Grilled Norwegian Salmon. I've been here on several significant occasions and this restaurant is truly a great place to have those memories. From great service to great food, the experience here is always top-notch. The ambience is elegant and the service is catered to make your dining experience beyond excellence. I've had many items on the menu before and they have all been great, so my recommendation is to try whatever you can.

One thing I have to mention is the dessert--the Black & White Cheesecake. This is truly the best Oreo Black Bottom cheesecake in town--this is how it should be made and how it should taste. Nice and tasteful with the Strawberry sauce giving it a mature taste.

The WORST almost dinner experience I've ever had. This was one of the WORST almost dinner experiences I have ever had!!! We went as an early Valentine's Day dinner so we didn't have to worry about the crazy crowds on V-day. Man was it a mistake going to this place. It had a winning atmosphere on the dining side that was both romantic and cozy. However, that was the only compliment I would give.

This nightmare of a night started with the valet. I waited on the inside while my man was waiting for the valet guy to finish his conversation with one of the guest at her car. It had been 10 minutes so my man decided to park the car himself. Mind you we had reservations so I was on the inside waiting while this was happening. By the time he came in to join me I had already been waiting 10 minutes. It was an extra 10 minutes after he joined me inside, AND WE HAD RESERVATIONS for peace sake! I will also add that when we were seated I noticed three empty table next to us so it's not like they didn't have open tables. The man that sits us seemed like he didn't even want to sit us and had rather been somewhere else. Once we sat down it took another 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were at the table. When the server finally came he just went straight to asking what we wanted to drink. There was no "Hello" or "Sorry about the wait". Nothing. This guy was tall with equally tall dark hair and talked so condescending to us. He was such a snob and by no means am I exaggerrating.

We already knew what we wanted to order because we grabbed one of their paper menus at the front desk while waiting to be seated. It takes another 10 minutes to get drinks and we still haven't been given menus by this time. He finally brings menus after we asked and preceeds to list off everything in the menu. We tell the waiter we're ready to order and he says "Hold on I need to go get my book". Did you leave it at home along with a decent attitude? Why do you even need your book when you just rattled off the entire menu? You can remember that but not two simple orders? After he walks by a couple times he comes back to the table and asks "Are you ready to order"? Uh yeah! That's what we said 10 minutes ago. So by this time I had had enough so I asked the guy is this how business is run here. Never once did I raise my voice or use bad language. To sum up our back and fourth exchange of words, he insinuated we are new to "fine dining" and don't understand how things work. His attitude the entire time was of one who saw two younger looking individuals who were not the "norm" of regular above 40 yrs old prodominately white crowd and he wanted nothing to do with us from the start.

We've been to plenty of fine dining establishments and have never been treated so harshly. After getting up to leave the table to head up front to talk with a manager or owner, the guy was asking if we were going to pay for the drink I took one sip out of. I wanted to tell him what to do with that drink and throw up the one swallow I drunk right into his face. Trying to explain what happened to the hostess we realized she was biased so there was no point and waiting for the manager. If these are two of the apples working in that place I can't imagine the tree they rotted from being any better.

It did not even dawn on us until we got into the car that maybe we were being treated that way because we were an interracial couple. Oh and I give them zero stars but by default I guess this system gives them one.

So Romantic.. This place is amazing! Super service, great food, and the atmosphere is lovely! Very romantic place. This place is dimmly lighted and they have a slow music playin On the other side of the bar i believe Russ is his name his a great singer his voice is amazing. we had the Romace Package for two for $150 dollars it was amazing the Rosses that come with the package are wonderfull there just so pretty and wonderful i will return to Arthur's Restaurant really soon.

The best restaurant in addison. The best seafood and steaks in town! I have been coming here for a few months now. It is a taste of Dallas. I have eaten a variety of things and have never been disappointed. The service is exceptional. everything from the. Sea Bass, Red Snapper and more. Dessert is heaven and such a sweet perfection. The wine list is incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant. 5 stars!

Alot of Flavor. I went to Arthur's with 5 friends of mine and it was the best restaurant experience I had ever had. The steak was better than other steak houses, it had better seasoning and was filled with more flavor. The sides were extravegent and the decor was beautiful. The dessert was amazing, ther was a wide variety on the menu . The service was amazing, all of the waiters were attentive and always happy to help.

Simply the Best Steak in Town. "Simply the best steak in town. Go to Arthur's sit in a real armchair, and have attentive, knowledgeable waiters handle your dinner. Order the grilled salmon . It's well worth the likely.. if you're eating in this restaurant, you're not worrying about your health for at least one meal."

Lovely!!!!. My husband and I have been here several times. The steak, sides and dessert are excellent. Also the service is great. If you want to feel like a king and queen, go there!!!! We have sent alot of people there and they all love it. This is a very romantic restaurant.
