THE TEACHERS AT THE Iyengar studio are the most trained teachers in town - I had a terrible back problem and within a month...I was pain free. THe classes are very well organized and attention to detail is incredible. I have been to several studio and this one is the most down to earth and dedicated studio.
Pros: parking, studios, clean
