STAY-AWAY- THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

WATCH OUT for MONEY they keep charging you!!!!!!! They are looking for any dollar you are left with!!!! I hate their staff at clinics - seems to me as if they are looking at your wallet and pocket all the time!!!!! - VERY SNOBBISH!!!!!! It happened once, twice that I was billed extra for CO-PAY! I just let it go as it was 10 bucks!! But this time it reached heights, they put themselves an appintment wheras doctor was not availaible when I wanted to do an emergency visit follow-up appointment for my kid! Since doctor was not availaible and they wanted me to hook up with NURSE! which I didnot accept, and I went back to Las Colinas Medical Center where I went for emergency to alsdo get follow-up check-up as it was atleast done by a MD, I recieve a billing statement after 15 days that I owe them 25 bucks for not showing on my appointment! I was surprised and felt cheated! but the MONSTER billing LADY they have kept there - who pulled the billing statement from my hand when she heard me asking explaination from exit window clerk - she sits just in front of the exit window clerk so that she can keep her ugly eyes on every going by patient to see that he pays - I felt little awkard when she grabbed the papers from my hand ! like how the hell I am not paying what they want me to pay! and how come I am even asking for any explaination - LOOK at the couttsey staff at a medical facility - FELT like I was in some DICTATORSHIP govererned country!!!!! she probably comes from some but she forgot we live in AMERICA where we all have right to ask for our rights!!! - the moment she took me to her room, I was accompanied with my child (7 yearls old) - without caring for any social obligation, she started shouting on me that I must pay!!!!!!!!! I didnot want my child to see this disgusting human being! and hence I decided to pay and get out of the place and take out my children out of this dicatorship governed clinic for children!!!!! If you chjeck their policies, you will be surprised that they will charge you for every call you make, if you don't come withinb 20 minutes of your appointment, you will be charged 25 bucks for no-show, wrong billing - as the basic motive is that you PAY & PAY & PAY!!!!!!!!!! I switched from this practice to Lake Lewisville and felt so relieved in my first visit itself! as I can see a clear distinction and see the real place to take care ! thank God I am out and want readers to know this all as not to wait for this treatment! and suggest that there are many NICE, great doctors in our neighbourhood, you don't have to feel compulsion to stick with them as I was thinking that it is the same doctor, same place etc.

Terrible place - Stay Away and specially keep your precious kids away

We just moved to Texas from California a few months ago and our experiences with Coppell Pediatrics has been absolutely and completely disastrous. The staff, the doctors - everyone one there is rude and unsympathetic. They have terrible bedside manners and are always in a rush. A lot of parents i have spoken to, myself included, do not feel heard at all by the doctors. And lets face it, you are nothing if you are not caring and understanding where children are concerned.

What happened today just makes me livid with anger -

I call at first thing at 8 am when they open to explain my daughter's illness and see if the doctor wants us to come in. I leave a voicemail (as usual) and no one bothers to return my call. I call back at 12pm. They tell me they will call me back after lunch(!!!) At 2pm the nurse calls back but she has completely misunderstood the situation - i fill her in all over again - and she says she will call me back after talking to the doctor. At 3pm my child's condition worsens. I call and explain what is going on and ask if i can bring her in - the nurse tells me that the doctor thinks she needs to be seen but they cannot see her - I am given the phone numbers for two other pediatricians (one in Flower Mound and one in Lewisville).

What the hell kind of doctor refuses to see her own patient sick ?????????

Closing time is at 5 pm. What the hell kind of doctor turns sick children away two hours before closing???

I am a Doctor's wife - i know good medical practice from bad - and this is APPALLING!!!

I urge everyone out there - stay away from this place. They give medicine a bad name.
