Garland >Dalrock Foundation Repair
Call them for affordable foundation repair and Life Time Warranty. Dalrock is a honest company and will only sell you the piers that are required to repair your home and not over sell you by biding to many piers.
Dalrock foundation reviewed my home in north Dallas and determined that repairs were needed. I felt the inspector was honest seeing how the other company wanted to sell me more work than what was needed. The crew came out as scheduled and made the repairs over a two day period. After the repairs the crew cleaned up and left my property looking as good as it did before they started. I was very happy with the entire experience, I will recommend Dalrock to my friends. THANKS DALROCK FOR SUCH A GOOD JOB !
Dalrock completed the repairs and we
were very pleased with the repairs.
They did a total of 15 piers around the perimeter of the foundation and releveled the foundation. I would recommend them to my friends.
GOOD JOB !!
VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY.
DALROCK repaired my homes foundation and I was very pleased with the salesman and the crew leader.
My job was done on time and schedule. Dalrock installed 23 Steel Piers at a competitive price. The house was in pretty bad shape and had settled over 4 inches in some places.
The piers were installed to bedrock and the house lifted and made level. The doors that were not working, now open and close correctly and when they finished they left my yard clean and pick up all there trash.
Over all they did what was promised and I will recommend them to my friends !!
Worst Foundation Company! I LOST A SALE BECAUSE OF DALROCK.
I have used Dalrock multiple times on my rental properties because of their cheap price. I am now paying for their cheaper price. I have recent lost a sale for my rental home because of the lack of professionalism by Rex and Justin.
They did not keep the original documents for the job and sent my buyer a diagram copy where Justin wrote omit throughout the diagram. My buyer became concerned that the piers were not placed correctly. After four days he still could not provide me with the information my buyer requested.
He decided to redraw the diagram and the buyer's broker said it was still not professional enough. Compared to Ram Jack I agree that the drawing looks like someone just threw it on a piece of paper. He also dated the diagram saying it was performed in 2006 and only had a two year warranty.
I had to pay an engineer out of my own expense to come out and in just six months the property had shifted because Rex and Justin did not correctly regrade the dirt.
I spoke to Rex and he refused to meet with me face to face over this problem. I explained to him that I lost a sale because of his company and he told me that it was my problem. He told me to use Ram Jack because they were more expensive.
We are now in the process of beginning litigation against Dalrock because we lost our sale due to their poor documentation.
DO NOT USE DALROCK PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET IT DONE RIGHT WITH RAM JACK!!!
