AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND STAFF. I won't give my full name, but I am one of Don's clients, I am 18 years old, and I am suffering from hair loss, my junior year I noticed my hair line was receding adnmy hair started to fall out. Everyone at my school made my life miserable, I HATED going to school knowing that I will get made fun of due to my hair falling out. I was the only kid at my High School with a receding hair line, my confidence DROPPED majorly. So one day I decided to go online and look up wigs/toupees for men, and I saw Comfort Wigs etc in Lewisville, so I gave them a call. I talked to Don, and when I talked to him I told him my situation and he was very considerate and understanding, so we set up a consultaion. When I went I told him I very kinda uncomfortable because I was 17 and I didn't no any 17 year olds who had to go through this. But he told me once you do this, you will feel GREAT. Don was very generous. When I had the money to get my toupee I went back to him, and we fixed me up REALLY GOOD. I was definelty suprised by the way he styled my hair, it looked phenominal! I can't tell you through words what Don has sone for me and my life. He made me from having absolute 0 confidence in myself and the way I look to off the charts. Every month I go back to have him touch up my toupee and give me a haircut, I can't thank Don enough for what he has done, he has changed my life tremendously! Don is a VERY generous, kind hearted, funny man, we get along GREAT1 I am very blessed to have found this man. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Comfort Wigs Etc in Lewisville, and I suggest if your going through hairloss or chemo, I really recommend coming here, if I din't like this place or thought it was bad, trust me I would tell you. But honeslty from the bottom of my heart it's not a bad place, it's terrific, so Don if you read this, I want to thank you again for what you have done for me because I can not tell you enough for what you have done. Bottom line is Comfort Wigs Etc in Lewisville is PHENOMINAL!

Awesome experience and staff!. I called Don in a panic about my grandmother losing her hair due to chemo. He was able to see her that same day! He was very compassionate and professional. He also used a little light humor to help us both feel at ease with the idea of a wig. He was wonderful, and was able to bill her insurance company to help pay for the wig. Barbara also helped my grandmother with a bra fitting. It was a great experience for us and I'd recommend Comfort Wigs ETC to anyone!

Best Service and Selection!. After starting my treatment, I was loosing my hair and my stress was increasing.

I called Comfort Wigs ETC for help and was greeted by a warm and caring individual who answered all of my questions, reassured me and scheduled my appointment.

Much to my surprise, when I arrived for my appointment, I found a great selection of wigs and the service was the best! I was very comfortable with the entire experience of purchasing my wig, and Don even made me laugh!

Nightmare!. Never again will this place get my business again. Don is downright rude and inconsiderate. The place should be called RIPOFF WIGS. He's got wigs sitting on the side that others have tried on and then sale from $200 to $300.00 depending on hows hes treated. No marked prices in store. He just makes them up and then complains about how your taking up his time. Not only are the wigs used, you have to deal with his bad behavior!!!

Wigs - A Survivors Saving Grace. I just wanted my hair back. But, chemo took it all. Barbara made me feel better. She even made me smile. My wig looked great! Almost a perfect match to my normal head of hair. Thank you for your patience and your expertise. Your attention to my need was wonderful.

Don Rocks!. Just want to say that Don & Barbara at Comfort Wigs are the best- they are very compassionate and understanding- the inventory they carry is wonderful, especially some of the super nice human hair wigs that my wife tried on- I can honestly say that I will tell all of my family & friends about the exceptional service I received at Comfort Wigs!

Comfort Wigs is GREAT. I sat with my sister while she tried on all the wings in the shop. Everyone was great and VERY understanding. After she finally made her selection, the owner "tweaked" it. When she walked out, you absolutely could not tell it was a wig. If I ever need a wig I definitely know where I will go ... Comfort Wigs in Lewisville.

A caring and compassionate place. When a woman has cancer and loses her hair, it can be a traumatic event. The lady at Comfort Wigs could not have been more compassionate and spent time with me until I found the perfect wig. While I was there, a little girl came to the shop with her mother. When the owner invited her to sit in front of the mirror to have her "hair" done, she evolved from a quiet, shy little girl into a smiling princess. It was amazing to see her confidence grow in the short time I was there. When she left, she was a different child, so excited about her long hair. The lady helping me said this sort of thing is what makes her job so worthwhile. Whenever I stand in front of the mirror now, bald and feeling sorry for myself, I think of that little girl.

Thank Heaven for Comfort Wigs. I lost my hair, not due to cancer--was a hormone issue but, still, beyond devastating. I did not have an appointment, but Don spent literally hours with me, very patiently allowing me to try on virtually every wig in the shop. When I found one I felt would work, he trimmed it up so that it was not obvious I was wearing a wig. I received all sorts of compliments at work. So my experience with Don was very positive. I also met his assistant, Barbara, who assists women with prosthesis and found her to be very kind and compassionate. She assisted me that day and made me feel as though I was there shopping with my best friend. I would highly recommend Comfort Wigs.
