This place pretends to be a "fusion" style eatery with Indian and Chinese influence, but does neither well. In fact, what is suppose to be its strong point (Indian cuisine) is TERRIBLE. The Bryani is soggy and the curry dishes are watery. Trying the Tandoori (which you'd think would be easier to make) is so dried up there's no meat left!
So, in one word, AVOID this place at all costs. Better joints in the area are Chaat Cafe and Our Place.
Do not go to Masala Wok, for the sake of humanity. Let this place shut down.
I was excited to try out Masala, but was let down. I ordered the Chicken masala, and was very dissapointed. It tasted like heavy whipping cream? I would much rather eat at a more authentic indian place.
Good food fast.
If you're looking for good indian/asian food fast, Masala is a great place to be. I call ahead and pick it up for takeout all the time because it's quick, easy, and very good. The Tika Masala (hot) is better than I've had in more expensive, formal dining restaurants.
Poor service and neglect at this place.
The service was real poor at this place. Employees chatted with each other while customers waited. Quality of food is below average. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
