poor quality compared to other locations. i was glad to see a spring creek bbq in this part of town but unfortunately this particular site suffers in quality control compared to the other locations. the brisket was like leather and i had a difficult time hacking through it with their cutlery, and the sides ranged from just palatable (mac & cheese) to insipid (beans). i may give that location another try, but with a town full of good bbq joints why bother?

Spring Creek feels like a log cabin; dining areas features wooden tables and cozier booths. While customers feast, servers circle with baskets of complimentary freshly baked rolls--a real highlight. The menu is classic barbeque with beef, sausage, ribs, turkey, ham and chicken. Customers stack as many veggies (slaw, beans, potato salad, etc.) as they can fit on the rest of the plate. Save room for a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream or some cobbler.
