Unique Patio Bar

This is truly a unique place. Fun music, fun people and a fun atmosphere. It's like being in Key West without leaving Dallas. Obzeet is a nice change of pace from the usual bars in Dallas.

The parking situation has gotten better.

Bad Food and Drinks, WAY Over priced

We started the evening out with 2 drinks that had to be returned. Even the waitress admitted that there was a problem with people complaining about bad drinks. Then, we ordered the famous Tramazzino sandwich for $14. $14 for a sandwich!!! Are you kidding me! It was not good, and I will never go back to this restaurant again. I ended up paying over $50 for 2 weak drinks and 2 terrible sandwiches...whata joke. Do not go to this place. If you don't believe me check out my username. I made this account because this place is that bad.

Need More Parking!

My gal pals and I normally love this place but after our friends car got towed, we will not go back! After being there for ten minutes, the surrouding businesses towed customer's cars even though it was after business hours for them! When we asked where was safe to park when the two lots by the restaurant were full, we were told to park across the street or behind in dark alley/street- both VERY dangerous! This place used to be great but is quickly going downhill. The atmosphere is great and the music is lots of fun but parking could not be worse. The menu is a little expensive but you are really paying for experience. However until parking is fixed, my friends and I will not be returning. Be warned, from reactions we got and what other customers were saying, it has been like this for a while and it is not getting better. What a shame for such a neat place.

• Pros: Different from anything else in Dallas, live music
• Cons: PARKING, very high prices
