Horrible Experience

For our wedding we were very excited to have Allen Limo service pick us up from our reception. As we doing our final exit we were disappointed to find that there was no car to pick us up. We received no phone call and message. Since we did not receive the service we were sure that we would receive our money back but that was not the case. After being rudely spoken to, we finally were able to get back half of our money (for a service that we did not receive). I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and inability to follow through with a service.
