Allen Executive Limousine Service of Dallas

Great Service & $$$. I am not a limouine girl, so I had no ideal what to expect when I started looking for one for my wedding. I had limited funds but wanted to make it special too, thanks to Allen Limousine that wish came true. The staff was very professional and made me feel really comfortable with my decision to use their company. My driver was Henry and he was so nice and did an excellent job, I could not have asked for better service and the perfect ending to our wedding. Agreed, very unprofessional. Clearly something changed after 2010, since there's no way this service should have ever received more than one star. In fact, I'd give less if I could. I'm traveling on business; my wife lost her keys and needed the extra set out my vehicle at the airport. The lady that took my reservation was courteous and made the whole process painless. They were going to charge me about $125 to pick up my wife from home, and run to the airport and back. I was pleased and told her to charge my card an extra 20% as a tip for the driver, so my wife wouldn't have to worry about it.

I get an email this morning from some guy claiming he needs $222 for the trip, and to reply to the note that "I authorize the additional charge". Say what?! The whole thing smelled like, "hey, some guy called in last night and reserved a car for his wife, and put the fee and a 20% tip on his Amex." The guy knew we were in a tight spot. He could have said or charged anything...

Look, I'm not mad about the money. If its $222, then its $222, but don't tell me, when I'm on the road, handling everything by phone, and have a wife freaking out at home with no transportation that your receptionist or whatever effed up and you have to charge me $100 bucks more - 50 with the extra 20%. It's your problem your employee messed up - train her right instead of taking it out on innocent wives at home with no gd transportation.…

Very Unprofessional. I used the service to meet friends for dinner during restaurant week in Dallas. I was picked up by a very nice driver who was on time, professional and courteous. However, when I called, as I was told, 45 min. prior to my needed departure the driver never showed. I was told the first time after an hour when I called again the driver was somewhere in Dallas and it would be 15 min. then after another call the driver had supposed car problems but it would be 20 min and then after the third call (a total of hour 1/2 later) that the driver was in Lewisville - I was in Dallas the whole time - if you are a driver in the DFW area you know that Lewisville isn't Dallas. After that it was so late and a friend took me home since we all had to work the next day. It nearly ruined, what was prior to that, a fun evening. I will never use this service again and would recommend that you think very carefully before choosing this service. If you don't care about getting home then you should be good to go.…
