I have been going to Two Rows for years and I love this place. The BEST burger in town and very friendly atmosphere. Happy Hours are great and they have big screens for watching the game.

The food was boring and then they lied. We orderd a burger with their signature honey pepper bacon. They gave us a burnt burger with regular store bought bacon and no condiments. We asked them about this and they said, "No that is the honey pepper bacon."

We had been customers before so we held onto it and called for a manager. He said, "Sorry I don't know why they lied. Then he offered a free dessert.

When we went to pay they added a split charge even though they did not say there was one. There was no mention on the menu about a split charge. We had split our plates before and they never charged us. We really got horrible customer service. They acted like it was hard to take care of us.

This restaurant has really gone down the tubes. I like to write positive reviews but this time there is nothing else to write.
