Dr Laverys office staff on another plannet

Worst office staff/ receptionist I have ever dealt with. One of them Mary is the worst case of being on another planet I have ever seen. Seems to go out of their way to slow things up. The Dr was ok, but I'll never go back. I thought the negative reviews couldn't be right !!! Was I ever wrong!

Do not use this office

The doctor is really nice as far as treating you and talking to you he has a heart, but he and his staf are the most unorganized people I have every met. They say a perscription will be filled you tell them you will be there at a certain time and they say ok, and then you get there they say its not filled ( which its been 5-7 hours already) and so you sit there for ever in a day and then you go back up to the window and they say well its still not filled yet I didnt tell you to ocme get it can tke up to 24 hours, um hello why didnt you tell me when I got there so I didnt have to sit and wait why didnt you tell me that on the phone 8 hrs ago when I said I was on my way, the staff is completely rude, they do not care about their job or their patients you can tell they do not want to be there. They with hold information that is helpful its like you have to question the hell out of them for the info. They waste everyones time, energy, gas, breath, they wasting everything possible because they are just really bad staff. Its sad that the docotor can be so good but hire such horrible staff; The office is clean and nice as well.

Very thorough doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Lavery for more than 10 years. Some years pass and I don't need him at all and other years, I have to see him several times. I like that he always remembers me and things that have occured in my life. He may read the chart before I get there, but he always seems sincere and genuine in our conversations. He comes off a little intense but I think he is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. What he has mastered is efficiency. He can be quick and get the job done and still get everything I need accomplished. I heard he is really starting to restrict patients to just his specialities and limit the GP stuff, but he is top notch in my book.
