Poor Customer Service.
Approximately two months ago I ordered a very small part for a rug extractor. The gentleman in the store that day was very nice and professional. I was told the part would go on their next order, I paid as requested and was told I'd be called soon. I checked twice in the following weeks (once in person, once via phone)because I had heard nothing from them. The part was not in each time. Last week I called yet again and was told their computer was down and he would call me back when it was up. He never called. Today I called yet again and he was very aloof (Chris?), unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for my money back. No one has apparently told these people that you should treat all customers the same whether they spend $3.78 or $378.00. All well conducted business begets repeat business from all clients as well as their family and friends. From my initial contact I would have recommended them highly, however, my continued experiences with them have been terrible. With all the vacuum stores in the area I would try someone else if I were you. Or perhaps, if you spend a great deal of money with them it is different, but I doubt it.
Honest repair work.
They fixed my items with what I believe is a fair and honest manner. Work is done in a timely manner with a professional attitude. I would take more items back for repair should they break.
