Incredible Customer Service. My wife and I walked in looking for a sofa and walked out with a full custom family room set. Andy, our salesperson, was incredible. He understood what we were generally looking for and started making suggestions. We ended up taking all of his suggestions and LOVE it. The furniture came out perfect!

The delivery was on time an professional, the sales process was easy, and all the people worked hard to make sure we had just the right furniture. Thanks Andy and team. Great job!

Why did it take us so long to find The Luxury of Leather?. We, as a couple, always seem to be in search of the impossible when it comes to furnishing our home. That was until we happened upon The Luxury of Leather store in Frisco. We were cheerfully greeted by salesman Andy Prichett and the rest was easy. Andy explained the process of customizing our furniture in detail without pressuring us to purchase. Therefore, we can honestly say , it was one of our best buying experiences ever! We got everything we were looking for without the hassle. Thank you Andy and team member Steve for your undivided attention to making sure everything is perfect. Your customer service is unparalleled!

Great place to buy leather furniture!!!!. We were in the market for a leather sectional and a side chair. We just happened into the Frisco "The Luxury of Leather" and so happy that we did. Andy Prichett was our sales rep and we immediately found the sectional we wanted and after telling Andy the amount that we could afford he worked to make it all happen. We went back later looking for a chair and he did wonders again. He made the whole buying experience a pleasure. He is definitely an asset to the store. We had a pickup date but had heard that it was going to rain. We contacted the store and Andy was off that day so Steve Carey contacted the warehouse for us and was able to arrange for us to pickup our new furniture a day early. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Pain free shopping. Andy was the most pleasant sales person. Very friendly and could answer any question immediately. Initially i found a furniture set with a leather i really like but was outside of my price range. He worked hard to find a leather that I liked that would allow me to purchase the style I wanted without having to sacrifice or settle.

Finally, a pleasant furniture shopping experience.. Was in the market for leather furniture, noticed LoL while driving by and decided to stop in for a look. I was warmly greeted by Andy Pritchett who allowed me free rein to look around and ask any questions. After a few quesitons, he showed me th showroom set-up (firm vs. soft cushions, incline options, discounted leather, customizable configurations, etc.) and worked with me to help assure I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The overall shopping experience was good, my furntiure was delivered on time, I am very pleased with the quality and style and hihgly reconmend anyone looking for leather to visit LoL - especially when Andy is there.

Look no further if you're a picky shopper. I am an extremely picky shopper. I often do not trust salespeople and I always verify what they say. Having shopped at competitor stores and exhausting search engines for the best deals, I finally found rest and peace with Luxury of Leather. Kudos to Andy P. for not selling the brand, but the quality, features, and benefits of buying their leather vs. competitors. He really knows the product and doesn't "have to get back with you" when you have a question. It made me feel comfortable enough with him and the company to purchase our living room set that night (although we did go to dinner to discuss prior). I highly recommend buying from Andy; you will not be disappointed. We love our furniture!

Two pieces. Not to beat a dead horse. But Andy Pritchett really helped seal the deal for us. My wife and I hate salesmen...in fact we'd buy something online before we'd confront a salesmen. That being said we loved the couch and loveseat we got from Luxury of Leather. The difference you ask? Well Luxury of Leather goes out of its way to do everything for the customer. Everything is fully customizable, they let you take home a hide of leather your couch will be made from to make sure it's what you want, and the list goes on. When we need more leather furniture we will be going back.

Luxury of Leather - we're so glad we found you!. We purchased our sofa and 2 recliner rockers from Andy Pritchett and he was the perfect salesman. Andy was patient and understanding of our needs and worked with us to make certain we were happy and satisfied customers. We absolutely love our sofa and recliners and receive many compliments on the workmanship, style and comfort. If there were more salespeople as considerate as The Luxury of Leather's Andy Pritchett, there would be fewer stores going out of business! Keep up the good work, Andy. You are the greatest!! Great store for leather furniture. We bought seven theatre chairs four years ago and decided to add one more chair. L of L was able to not only get a perfect match of the leather but was also able to retrofit the line of chairs with the added one for a perfect look. We have received wonderful service from the sales person, Steve, right until the final installation. Kevin was instrumental in suggesting the repadding of our existing seats to eliminate the few wrinkles in the leather from wear and tear, Tommy Gonzales offered assistance with the placement and design consulting to insure that the new chair look exactly like the seven existing chairs. I have referred my neighbors to the L of L and they are thrilled with their purchase as well. Highly reccommend this retailer!
