Poor Service and archaic machines. I rented a drink machine from Randy Eller of Frozen Drink Madness that did not work. The delivery person who dropped the machine off said that the machine was going to be wobbly if it was left on the cart that they provide so he put it on the counter. He also mentioned that the machine was tipped over in the truck but that it should be fine once it was filled. It worked briefly and then stopped working. I called Randy immediately but he did not answer. This was Saturday evening. I did not hear from him until Monday afternoon. The machine leaked all over the floor and it was quite embarrassing. The Rum that I put into the machine was lost. He refused to give me a refund and argued with me from the beginning of the conversation to the end. The machine that was sent over was not the cute one from the website. It was an industrial looking steel blob that looked old and dented.
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!. Well....to get started! I had rented out a margarita machine from theses people! I went and picked it up which was fine! I had it over the weekend then i wanted to give it back to him on Monday, so i called him, and he told me he was delivering that he wouldn't be back for a couple of hours. Well to make it short i had someone who was bringing it from 45 min away. They had to be at work. He wouldn't make any arrangments, and told me that i signed an agreement that i would have to drop it off at the same time i picked it up. I was trying to give it back early, but he wanted it on his own time! You will also never recieve a copy of the contract. He has poor customer service, and i will never rent out a machine from him again! Beware, its not worth $85 he says its $70, but you have to add taxes!
