This was the second time that have ordered from them and I won t be ordering again. First the meat potions are small in the dish. 1 part meat 9 parts vegetables. Secondly, they state free delivery but when I got my total over the phone it sounded high so I looke dat the receipt and sure enough they charged a Fuel surcharge . I would not have minded the charge just don t lie about. And yes, I called back and he stated that the fuel sucharge was not a delivery charge, but it is not charged if you pick it up. I will pay more for good food and great service but not another dime to Gloria's
Liars, Thieves, Cheats, Unsanitary, Terrible Service – Completely disgusted with this place. Avoid!
Ordered $40 in food for my family, and the soup had a cockroach inside of it. We were disgusted and unable to eat the food, so we asked for a refund. They had no manager present, so we had to wait for him with our children distraught. When he got there he talked to his associate about us then completely ignored us and without saying a word left to make a delivery! In the end we left without the refund and hit up Sonic for my starving children.
Not so glorious customer service.....never again! – Worst delivery experience ever. Called as soon as the order came...wrong. Was assured the correct one would. We had to call back over an hour later. Kept getting put on hold for 30 minutes to be told, no driver, no manager....at 10:45pm (3 hours after we first ordered) we were brought something that looked so terrible that we decided to not eat anything. Besides, the other had sat for 3 hours now. Took the entire order back the next day & left on their counter when the owner refused to tal about it. We certainly didn't want it. Will never order from them again.
my place – this is the main chinese place i go to since their soups are to die for. I would not eat in though since this place used to be a taco cabana or something so it's real creepy as a chinese place!
BAD BUISNESS! – The good news is there are plenty of other chinese restaurants, so you dont ever have to deal with these people. Rude doesnt even beguin to describe them.They will screw your order up,bring it to you cold.Then
God forbid you call up to complain,because all they will do is yell at you ,like its your fault they are incompitant.They do not care about thier customers. They just want your money.If you try and argue with
them they threaten to call the police on you. Im sure our police officers have more imortant things to deal with.Dont you?
Terribly rude on the phone, screamed when I called and told them they forgot my egg roll...AVOID THIS PLACE!!! – Ladies from my workplace always order food from here because it's right down the road from our office...I decided one day to order some egg drop soup and an egg roll. I paid over the phone via debit card, and when my order arrived, it was in a dark paper sack stapled at the top, so I didn't realize that my egg roll was missing until I opened it and the delivery guy had already left. So, I call the restaurant, and they proceed to argue with me and begin screaming over the phone about how they would not refund my debit card the price of the egg roll OR bring me an egg roll, even though I had already paid for it and I never received it!!! Talk about bad customer service!!! About 8 months later, I decided to give them another try, thinking that maybe that experience should just be forgotten. I tried to place an order via the phone for 3 ladies that I work with, and we each had different debit card numbers but since the order was coming to the same place (our office), I asked the man who answered the phone if we could place an order for 3 different people with 3 separate debit cards even though it is being delivered to the same place. I had seen several of my co-workers do this before with no problem, so I thought it would be fine. The man on the phone then proceeds to tell me that I can't order it via phone, but that I have to FAX in each debit card number to place an order, and that we could FAX them at any time, but that he would NOT take my order over the phone. Are you kidding me??? All for some Chinese food that really isn't even that great. Sorry, but they won't get any more chances for business from me, or anyone else from my office!!! HOW RUDE and IDIOTIC!!!
