Best in DFW. I have tried bubble tea in cassis & tapioca house but this place is way better than them...not as good as tapioca express but comparable. I would highly recommend you go check it out. Dont forget to try their classical milk tea and taro milk tea...

Fat Straws Plano is sooo good.. I really love Fat Straws.

They have friendly staff and great drinks.

You have to try the passion fruit jasmine tea. They got judges vote for the best iced tea in Dallas.

It is my starbucks!!! I am addicted to Fat Straws.

It's goodbye to Starbucks and hello to Fat Straws!. This place has GREAT bubble tea. Many bubble tea places are skimpy when it comes to the amount of "bubbles" they put in the cup, but Fat Straws makes sure you get enough. This is simply a great place, instead of going out for coffee, I highly recommend trying something different, like going out for bubble tea at Fat Straws.

Bubble Tea Sweet N' Chewy. Fat Straws is the place to go for excellent bubble tea. What is bubble tea? It's sweetened tea with the addition of tapioca bubbles in it. So you can sip and chew, sip and chew, sip and chew. It's like a game. Fortunately they give you a fat straw (hence the name "Fat Straws") so you can slurp the bubbles through the straw. They offer many different flavors of tea including thai, chai, and green tea. If you don't like tea you can get a fruit smoothie too, or a chilled latte. I personally like the chai tea latte. They also have weird flavors like green tea ice cream, and avocado smoothies.

The atmosphere is a little crammed, as the place is mostly a grab n' go place, however they do have magazines and chinese checkers for you to play. If it's not too hot, you can sit at the tables outside, although it's a shame the sidewalks here aren't under shady trees. The lunch hour is when they're most busy with lots of scrambling patrons going to all the quick-eating restaurants in the strip mall, but they always come back here for some delicious bubbly dessert.

One more thing. You can get your drink without bubbles, but WHAT'S THE POINT, MAN?! Fat Straws is too full of bubble goodness to pass up the bubbly bubbleness. So come on down and let your addiction start too!
