In Short – The blue tile on the kitchen front, the original artwork and trendy, modern look may remind you of a Mi Cocina, the elegant Tex-Mex chain. But the effect here is less Hispanic-chic, more upscale urban. Menu items are influenced by recipes from Mexico City and Oaxaca and include los cabos (a Parisian-Mexican cobb salad); enchildas verdes, hot off the grill, topped with spicy green salsa; and "Americano" beef, chicken or pork soft-flour tacos in white-cheese sauce.
good choice, but LAS COLINAS location is better

great food,(however they get our order wrong most visits, great mojitos.
margaritas are strong.
little pricey for mexican diner food, but good quality
TOOOO CROWDED at DALLAS location and they close TOO early (10 pm!!!) felt rushed by waiter to turn table.
Las Colinas location in Irving is ten times better- service is better quality is better and there is NEVER a crowd since no one can see the Taco Diner sign. Plus they stay open LATE!
- Pros: food, drinks, location
- Cons: crowded, closes too early, no parking
