I've worked out at 24 hour, Goodbodies and others but this is the best..because it's personal, very clean, and a well run place that cares about each person and provides excellent training services. Also they have a great power drink bar and they mix them up for you while you work out. Can't beat it.
Pros: not crowded, clean, location
Cons: none.

I am a member here and it IS GREAT!! It is centrally located at the intersection of Lovers and Inwood and because they are only accepting a certain number of members, it is never crowded. The majority of the members are personally trained, so the atmosphere is positive because everyone truly wants to be there and wants to be in better shape. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
