Addison >Salon Di Fede
So glad I have recently found DeAnna the most amazing Hairstylist . I have now been to DeAnna for 5 months and felt I should share with everyone. She does amazing color /highlights, amazing haircuts ! Most recently she did an Opti Smooth straightening treatment on my hair. I LOVE it!!!! Best Ever! Her Prices are extremely reasonable and she works on Sundays which is a plus for me.
I am impressed on the amount of Television shows and TV commercials she has worked on. Most importantly she is a family girl! I feel like I fit in really great ! she also tells me exactly what to use on my hair! i love that.
The salon is located at beltline and tollway behind where bed bath and beyond was. I book my appointment directly with her . I am telling all my friends about her and the salon. when you find a great thing it's nice to share with internet and people.
Great Salon!. This is a wonderful place. I have been coming here for nearly 2 years. Great feeling in the salon. I have seen several stylists. Everyone is great. Every Sylists in the salon is established and I like that. love the hair products too. located near good restraunts.
Amazing Hair Stylist! Absolutely the BEST !! Hands Down!.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEANNA !!!!
DeAnna has been my Hairstylist for over 10 years now !
She does an amazing job on my Highlights and Lowlights, and her hair cutting skills are extremely precise!
People stop me constantly to ask who does my color and I refer them all to DeAnna. I was happy when DeAnna moved back to Dallas from Los Angeles, and found a home at Salon Difede. She really loves where she works and her work reflects that. I look forward to seeing her every 6 weeks!
A few weeks ago when I was laid off, and was due for my appt. , DeAnna still allowed me to come in at a discounted price. This is the kind of heart she has!
I have one friend who actually fly's in from Scotsdale, Arizona to get her Hair Highlighted and cut with DeAnna every 8 weeks!
I normally have my appt. on Sunday and the salon is quiet, but it's great to be there when everyone is busy too, because the energy is amazing!
Sassy, Sweet & Best Hairstylist-Look No Further. Kellie (yes, with an "ie") Hyer has been coloring, highlighting, and cutting my hair for over five years. She is a goddess when it comes to color and cut!! She will be honest if a style may not work and thinks outside the box to get what you want. She'll make you look like a million bucks; you won't be disappointed! Her super sweet personality and beautiful energy will keep you coming back!!
I had my hair cut and colored by Toany back in May. The cut and color were good, however, I believe he was drunk when he was doing my hair and also late to the appointment. The haircut was suppose to be free, however, for what he charges I'll go try somewhere else next time.
Good luck to you Toany in your future dreams - THE WORLD ISN'T ALL ABOUT YOU!!!
HIPPEST SALON IN DALLAS. Kellie Hyer has been doing my hair for over ten years and she is absolutely phenomenal. She is all about making you feel beautiful. The hands on personal approach is what keeps me a faithful client. Her new salon, SALON DIFEDE, is by far the coolest salon in the metroplex. Great energy with no attitude, all I can say is wow!!!!!!
Service? - bad impression. I was referred from another salon to try this salon. Well when I got there several people saw me standing in the front and no one approached me. Ok, everyone seems busy - I'll wait I guess. No receptionist by the way. Finaly after 10 minutes of being ignored I walked up to a older woman washing someone's hair. She seeemed disappointed to have to have a conversation with me. I asked if I could get a hair cut and she sighed like she didn't want this problem - apparantely she was ready to go home. Then she said she couldn't but she'd see if someone else could.. so I waited again. I watched her talk to another stylist that seemed equally disappointed he would have to deal withthis. Oh then the receptionist showed back up and asked if I needed anything.... yes a hair cut 10 minutes ago. The second stylist returned and said no one was available. He offered Tuesday. When I asked what time the salon was open until I was told 'well we're still ope n but everyone has appointments' - but no explanation on time. Probably wouldnt have bothered me if I hadn't already been there for almost 15 minutes to find out no one could help me. In his defense once he did start talking to me he was professional. It just surprises me that everyone complains that times are tough and yet Difede salon has no problem offering bad customer service and letting business walk out the door. Must be nice. Congrats on your success. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
WORST SALON IN ADDISON.
I had the worst experience EVER at Salon Difede. I am new in town and called the salon looking for a great new stylist. A guy named Jimmy BUTCHERED my hair. I went in with my hair to my shoulders, asked him to take off about an inch and he cut my top layer 2 inches long. It was uneven and just all together terrible. I paid 90 dollars and left crying hysterically.
I called the salon the next morning and the manager gave me a deep conditioning treatment, free products and tried to salvage what JImmy had done. However, you can't make hair grow so I am stuck with the most godawful hair you have ever seen. I was glad the manager helped me but when it came to getting my money back, I got a complete run around. They keep telling me they will get it back to me but it has been two weeks and I have been calling over and over and they WON'T give me my money back.
DO NOT GO TO SALON DIFEDE! The worst salon in Addison....Hands Down!!
Aren't hair stylists supposed to show up to appointments you make with them?. Well, maybe I could have let a better review if my stylist actually showed up for my appointment. I am new in town, and I have been looking for a good hair salong for quite some time. I have read some reviews about salon Difede online, and it seemed like a cool place. So, I called and made an appointment with Kelly for a Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning, Kelly calls me and asks me if we could possibly reschedule because he has a family emergency. I say, no problem. Family always comes first. So, Kelly suggests an appointment on Sunday (since I told him before, I could only do weekends). I say, great. So, Sunday morning, I wake up, drive to a salon only to find locked doors. I wait for about 45 minutes. Nobody shows up. So, I get in my car and go home. I never got a call back with any kind of explanation or apology. I never called back myself because I didn't feel like there was anything I wanted to say to Kelly that he wouldn't already know - that his behavior was extremely unprofessional, that I was very unhappy, and that I would never use (or try to use) his services again.
