These people should not be in business!!

My experience with First American Debt Solutions started out good, but their high employee turnover concerned me. Then when they re-located and did not contact me with their new address and contact numbers, I was very worried. I was finally able to reach someone, but then last September the contact person I had gave me a new name and number for the person that would be handling my account. I have never had any contact with that person. He will not return my calls, and he deletes my emails without reading them. I paid a lot of money to this company to help me settle my debts, and they did not complete the job. Now, I am left to handle the negotiations on my own and they were paid in full. It is in your best interest not to do business with these people. There web site should be banned!!!!!

NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS - IT'S A SCAM

DO NOT USE. This is NOT a legitimate business, it is a SCAM. If you check their history, you will see that they DO NOT settle you account as they promise. Once they receive your money for their services, they will no longer call, email, or mail anything to you (or return your calls, emails and/or letters). If you have / or are doing business - stop and contact your attorney, Better Bus. Bureau and the local news media IMMEDIATELY. Also, contact the creditor you owe $ to and let them know of this scam (they have more than likely heard of First American and can warn you they are not legitimate). The people whose lives have been ruined by this company need to band together and PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
