Impeccable atmosphere bad service. i've been twice and every time i go the customer service has been awful. I even booked a 20 person b-day party and the way they treated us was very short and full of agitation. The servers were confusing orders and I even heard one server say some along the lines of this is ridiculous all these people. To top it off the shrimp tasted packaged and it had a very fishy after taste I was extremely embarrased that I chose this place to have a party.

Great Server. We went to Campisi's last weekend, and the food was wonderful. But the real star of the show was our server. She made excellent recommendations, and we enjoyed every bite. Our drinks were never empty, and she ensured that we were doing ok without hovering over our table the entire time. Good job!

If you're in the mood for appetizers, be sure to try the artichoke hearts. They are delicious! For an entree, I had lasagna, and it was great.

Phenomenal Pizza. I have been going to the original location on Lover's/Greenville for years, but have recently been frequenting this new location on Elm St. in Downtown Dallas. The service that I received was very punctual, and the food served piping hot. The large pizza's are perfect for 2-3 people, and the small is perfect for 1 person. The crust is thin and the toppings are fresh. Try the feta cheese as an addition to your pizza toppings.

Being that I live in downtown Dallas, I order from them "delivery style" almost 3 or so times a month. 85% of the time, the food arrives steaming hot, but sometimes when they are super busy, it arrives "warm".

All in all, I would def. recommend this place for dining and delivery. Nothing tops the orignal location, but this comes in at a close second!

Worst Service EVER!!!. We went to the Campisi's downtown to celebrate a friend's birthday expecting a great evening, great food and great service. However, it was the complete opposite from the moment we arrived. While taking orders he would skip people, so about 3-4 of us didn't even order! After finally get his attention to order, the food arrived except for about 2-3 of us!!! I didn't get my food until everyone else had already finished eating. While we were trying to pay so we could just get out of there, I heard someone that worked there say, "Why are these people still here!" Believe me, we all would have rather been somewhere else!!! I know Campisi's is a well-known name here in Dallas but without customer service and employees that present themselves well, you are nothing. I will not return to the Campisi's Downtown!!!
