Horrible Customer Service. Ordered a wrist corsage for my son's girlfriend for Prom, very poor job. The corsage looked like a boutiniere with two extra roses slapped on it. Big roses, any florist knows you don't use regular size roses for a wrist corsage.

It fell apart half way thru the prom and the flowers had turned brown, I was so embarrased, after paying $30 for a corsage it should have lasted the entire prom. When I called them about it at their main store on Mockingbird they were very rude and defensive. Refused to give me a refund, they are making me a new one, ridiculous, the prom is over.

I will never use them again, the only reason I did is because they have a mini-location on Ross near my work.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my first-time message. I felt I needed to place this message to let people know of the services provided by this business. I visited this florist to order two funeral arrangments for my dad's funeral, one of which was to be designed to lay on top of a large picture frame. I was quoted $150.00 plus tax for both. My credit card was charged $162.50. The florist did not deliver both arrangements, for whatever reason. When I called about a refund, the staff was very rude, refused to refund any of my money and hung up the phone in my face.

Incredible Flowers at a Reasonable Price. Juan Gaviota flowers would sell flowers and roses in my husband's building all the time and when they found out we were engaged asked if we had found a florsit yet. We hadn't and they immediately stepped up to the plate to make sure we had beautiful flowers that easily fit into our budget. Even last minute changes didn't phase them when we had to order additional corsages. They were fantastic to work with and made our wedding so beautiful with incredible flowers. My husband even loved them because he felt special when they ordered mini-calla lillies from Holland specifically for him. I continue to use them as a florist for all occasions and would recommend them to anyone.
