pathetic resident service, parking and grunginess.
Customer service is truly shameful. I am very surprised Lincoln Property Co. runs this pitiful apt. complex the way they do. The regional manager is no help whatsoever and has no problem charging exorbitant fees from residents for small mistakes.
Also, they have barely any parking for guests. If you must have a guest over, chances are they will be towed. My car was towed at one point and had damage done to it. It has been months of me trying to have my car fixed. The apartment is absolutely no help in getting the tow truck co. to own up to fixing something that they broke.

Parking is Terrible!!!. Parking is Terrible!!! Garage is always full and visitor parking only has 4 spots. You can't park on the street b/c of the construction of another Apt Complex.... Not to mention my car has been broken into twice since I've lived here. Glad I'm moving out... Well, you get what you pay for. It's just honestly not a very good apartment complex. Entrances are constantly broken. The exit gate often fails, leading lines of cars waiting to go to work trapped in the garage. Because there is seemingly no accountability for the residents, all manner of trash accumulates and stays in the halls - including, on several occasions, dog poop. It's an okay place to live, you just need to know what to expect
