I haven't seen a facility like this. Unique in that most members work with a personal trainer, though not required to be a member. There's a 1/2 basketball court outside along with the same turf grass as in Texas Stadium. There's a glass garage door that's opened up on nice days (most often) so you can roll a bike outside and ride. With the Katy Trail so close, members can check out bicycles and ride around Uptown. The staff is always welcoming and the facility feels as if it's your own. Friendly, professional, and most qualified training that I've seen.

WOW! This facility is by far the best place I've been to workout. They've got top of the line equipment, all kinds of classes, and great cardio equipment. My favorite is the treadmill that goes to an incline of 50, compared to most other places that have treadmills going to an incline of 12. Great trainers and since I didn't have one at the time--they matched me with a trainer that was a perfect fit for what I wanted to achieve. Full service and the locker rooms are so clean and nice--you feel like you're in a spa. If you're from Dallas--you need to be here. If you're visiting--this is the place to go while you're here.
