Customer Service is TERRIBLE

I purchased several blouses for my daughter at Francesca's. The clerk assured me that I could return them. When they did not fit my daughter, I brought them back but the store refused a cash refund, only allowing me to exchange them for a $250 store credit. An appeal to their corporate headquarters did not help. When I asked them to exchange my gift card for five $50 gift cards, they refused to do that also. I'll never shop at Francesca's again.
