The shop has been serving high-end stores from Willow Bend Mall and plenty of local celebrities who demand nothing but the best. Atelier is listed in Westside magazine as "The Best Place to Get Alterations Done". Custom window draperies are made and installed to order. Our shoemaker, with forty years of experience, performs the majority of repairs in-house.

True L'Atelier ,Great service

One of a few places that actually do their job right.
My Gucci Couture jacket was completely redone and I doubt that someone in local Tailor Shops even touch that .It took 2 measure appointments ,but also literally looked like work of art. I give this place TRUE 5+ and RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO SPENDS MONEY WELL AND EXCPECTS NOTHING BUT THE BEST !

Rude and abrasive customer service

Terrible customer service! Please don't ignore the bad customer service reviews as I did. They are true! The young lady who helped us was extremely rude and abrasive. With a simple question about pricing information, she managed to put us on the defensive within 1 minute of entering the store! In the brief few minutes we were in the store, she was rude, argumentative, and condescending. All in all, a truly awful experience.
Save yourself the aggravation and go some place else.
- Pros: None, bad customer service overrides all other aspects
- Cons: Horrible customer service experience

Great Alterations on a Leather Coat

Atelier did an outstanding job on alterations I wanted done on my leather coat. The price was prefect and so was their work. I found the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend Atelier to any friend. It proves they can tailor to anyone's needs.
