Unprofessional!. The day of our appointment that had been scheduled for weeks someone called while we were en route from 90 minutes away to cancel! It seems they had overbooked and could not accommodate us. Thank you Frosted Art for saving the day!…

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Called the bakery to set an appointment for 2 cakes needed on 2 different dates. During that call I was informed that the dates were good and the appointment was set. Four of us took off of work in order to make the appointment as it is 70 miles away. En route to the appointment someone from the bakery called to let us know that neither date was possible.....lamely suggesting other bakeries. We were appalled that we were not told much earlier! Thanks and hugs to Frosted Art Bakery for saving the day!…

Excellent! Lauren and her cakes ROCK!. The cakes were beautiful, tasty and the experience working with Lauren to design them was easy. There was one snag-we ordered to-go boxes for leftover cake so our guests could take some home with them. The owner of the reception facility claims they were not delivered, Lauren and her staff say they were and were under the cake table. It was never resolved whether they were there or not, and nobody offered to reimburse US for the boxes we paid for and never got, but I'm inclined to believe that the boxes were there and the owner of the reception facility made the mistake. He was the type of person who would refuse to accept responsibility for his mistake and instead point the finger elsewhere!…

This is the place for the perfect wedding cake!. I had such a good experience with Fancy Cakes. Lauren meets with each bride personally. That meant a great deal to have the owner of the business spend time with me to help me design the perfect cake for my wedding. That's exactly the hands on kind of attention I didn't find other places. Lauren and her staff were so helpful, it was great working with them. The cakes on my wedding day were exactly what I had imagined, they were beautiful and tasted delicious. I'm still getting comments from friends and family about the amazing cakes! I can't imagine my wedding without Lauren's beautiful cakes.…
