YUCK!.
We went to Hank's tonight for Dinner. We have been in the past and had great experiences, however tonight was awful. First off the recipes have changed. The BBQ is no longer good. It is mediocre at best and bland and unflavored would be closer. Next the meal I got my daughter came free with a small, black, curly hair. When I showed it to the waitress, she went to get the manager. The manager dismissed it saying, no one in the kitchen has black curly hair that long..... uhhh everyone does. The waitress even agreed it was disgusting. Then the manager came back with another excuse. We will not go back again. I don't recommend it and I will be calling the board of health in the morning.

Concert Goers BEWARE.
If you haven't been to Hank's before and you want to go and see a band play, be sure to call the management and reserve a seat. Purchasing a ticket is just to get you in the door and stand around.
When realizing this we called to try and get a seat and they were all taken. We were told that if we got there early enough we could grab a seat outside....mind you this is TX and it's 100 degrees outside! We asked for a refund and the management was not only rude to us about this, they HUNG UP on us.
I can't say I would or wouldn't recommend Hank's because we've never been there. I can say that we haven't had a good experience and won't give them the chance to make up such a terrible experience. It was a $25 lesson learned.
