Dry Clean Supercenter

Poor Customer Service. Very poor customer service. Had an issue with a garment I took there. Manager on duty was rude and argumentative over who was responsible. Spoke with him again on the phone at which time he yelled over me and would not allow me to speak. Not a care for my concern and complete denial of any responsibility. The next day another manager, again complete denial and rude. No interest whatsoever in helping resolve my concern. Would not disclose owners name. Also, paid for cleaning service in advance, service was not performed and was not refunded either. Reporting to Chamber of Commerce and BBB.…
