In Short – Artistic black and white photos scattered along the apple green walls and blond wood cafe furniture makes for a simple but welcoming setting. Juicy roast ducks, crackling sides of pork and soy marinated chickens hanging in rows entice diners. The specialty of the house is 'barbecued' meats which refer to the act of roasting rather than BBQ that Texans are accustomed to. The experience is authentic down to the brusque but efficient service.
Restaurant of The WORST service
by Lucky58
This is a restaurant of the WORST service that I've ever been in Plano. They DIDN'T give us change for tip. They thought the balance should be the tip. As my understanding, I wanted to leave the tip on the table, but they took away without my permission. It seemed to me I was forced to pay the tip. What made me mad was the cashier who seemed to be the owner never smiled when we said bye to her even our tip was more than 15%. If you do want to eat their food, I recommend you to order dish to go. Don't waste your tip. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
- Cons: Not worthy for the tip
Best BBQ Pork in Dallas
by juliehappyindallas
First Chinese BBQ is the best place for Chinese-style BBQ Pork in Dallas. I tried many time to make BBQ Pork like they do. But it waste my time. I rather have it at Firest Chinese BBQ. I tried couple things in menu. It was fine. It doesn't impress me like BBQ Pork does. The staff sometimes is not attentive.
