Charales Insurance

Very unprofessional, uncaring , money hungry Salesman !!. Charales gave us the apparent notion that he cared about our wellbeing but once we paid our premium the service was horrible...there were tons of undisclosed charges and fees , and when questioned about it he had the audacity to say that it was ABOVE my understanding...Once he gets your money you will never hear from him...i took a $200 cancellation fee hit but took my business elsewhere...NEVER AGAIN....BEWARE !! ZERO STARS !!…
